We take the mystery out of the loan process experience:
1. We
personally help you complete your application; we make
sure you understand each detail of the loan
process, the costs of the loan, and generally make
sure
you understand what happens throughout the entire process.

We make sure that the costs involved in your loan process
is reviewed with you at the very beginning. We then
calculate and qualify you for your loan, right in our
office. Everything is processed out of our office,
(usually only a one-day time frame). Once you bring
us all of your required documentation, we can process
your loan immediately, and order an appraisal that
same day,
3. We "overnight express" your loan package to our lender of choice,
(or your lender of choice), and from there it takes about 48 to 72 hours
for the underwriting period (where we find out 100% if your loan is approved,
or if it's approved subject to an appraisal). We recently had a purchase transaction
for someone who found a home that fell out of another escrow. The customer
gave us a loan application, and we had him funded and in the house within a
two week period after his initial application!
